2022 Equine Artwork Auction

An auction of hand-crafted artwork and craft work from both well-established and emerging artists

Saturday May 21st at 10 AM CST – Saturday May 28th at 10 PM CST

This auction highlights the contributions of both well-established and emerging artists using diverse media. Many pieces are equine-themed, but not all! This auction offers jewelry, prints, photography, tiles, glass, fabric, and more – the unifying theme is that all support the efforts of equine rescues.

Bright Futures Farm (PA)

The Exceller Fund (national)

Sunkissed Acres Rescue (GA)

True Innocents Equine Rescue (CA)

HOW THE AUCTION WORKS

Interested bidders can place their bid, and at the close of the auction, the auction will be locked, and the highest bidder will be notified. Shipping costs to the 48 contiguous states have been included in the bidding price. The winning bid should be submitted via PayPal to Special Horses at paypal@specialhorses.org with the bidder’s name and name of the piece (checks via snail mail also accepted: address is Special Horses Inc., 4376 Maryland Ave A7 St. Louis MO 63108). Upon receipt of the funds, the item will be shipped to the winner. Proceeds will be shared between the equine welfare organizations.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE THE WINNING BID, YOU CAN CLICK ON “PAY NOW” WHICH TAKES YOU STRAIGHT TO YOUR INVOICE. HOWEVER, WE WILL SEND WE WILL SEND A COMBINED INVOICE IF YOU HAVE WON MORE THAN ONE ITEM.

DONATING ITEMS

If you have an item you’d like to donate to a future auction – and it doesn’t have to be horse-related!! – and all donated items are tax deductible. If you are an artist or crafter, all work is promoted on the websites and social media pages for Special Horses and for the participating groups. We can upload items for up to three days into the current auction, or reserve an item for an upcoming fundraiser. Please contact us at specialhorses.org@gmail.com.
